Since rehabilitation is an important and large part of our practice, we also have a rehab area to help introduce and maintain key health concepts such as core stability.

Taping: The doctors are also uniquely qualified in certain other treatment protocols such as kineseotaping, which is a method of supporting muscles with tape, allowing people, especially athletes, to use injured muscles without compromise. Use of kineseotape has become popular in many athletic settings because of its ability to prevent muscle injury and has been most recently utilized in the Tour de France.

Guasha: Another unique treatment protocol offered is Guasha, which is an aggressive soft tissue technique that breaks up adhesions through stripping of the muscle, using an instrument that is made of Jade stone.

Warning: Do not perform exercises until properly examined and advised on proper technique and form.
