Your first visit to our office will include a variety of things and also fluctuates depending on the reason for your visit.

Initial Intake Forms

Patient History

• During this part of your visit, you will sit down and talk to one of the doctors about your condition.
• You will review what you wrote on your initial intake form.
• You can express your feelings or any concerns.

Physical Exam

• A complete physical exam involving neurology testing, orthopedic testing, motion palpation.

Review of Findings

• Your diagnosis and treatment options will be explained.
• You will also be provided any information involving the possibility to be sent out for X-rays or referral to another physician.

Treatment

This depends on your diagnosis, But can include:

• Ultrasound.
• Interferential current
• Use of hot or cold packs
• Manual Therapies including: muscle stripping, trigger point therapy and myofascial release
• Stretching and Rehabilitation
• Use of intersegmental traction table or Flexion and Distraction table
• Chiropractic Manipulation
• Instruction on at-home exercises and stretching techniques
• Specialty protocols such as Kineseotaping or Guasha
